Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

I haven't changed the config file since i've created the blog. They were working fine untill today.

I've loged into phpmyadmin and everything is OK. I've also changed into the "config" file -> hostname "localhost" with hostname "cossacks.x10hosting.com" and it also is not working.

I've checked it anyway and username and password seems to be good... BUT... it can't connect to database.

Can anyone help?

Thank you !

Have you added %.x10hosting.com as an access host? If not, do the following:
1. Log into cPanel.
2. Scroll down to the icon labelled "Remote MySQL" and click on it.
3. If %.x10hosting.com is not listed there, add it.

If that doesn't fix your problem, then please follow the instructions in the first post of this thread.

And BTW you should be adding mysql.x10hosting.com, not cossacks.x10hosting.com
