Database is randomly deleted?

Logged in to try and connect to my site + the SMF forum it hosts. got an error message for the forum. uploaded repair_settings.php and it said the MySQL data was incorrect. I went to the database, it said that there WAS no database.

said database was called Hartigan_SMF2.

the address of the forum (or where it WAS) is tsubasa.x10hosting.com/forum

all anyone's done today is log in and post new threads. nobody even accessed the CPanel. it was working perfectly well at around 9 AM. what's up with this?

I don't think it was deleted, I think right now there might be an issue with mysql or they are working on it or it is down.

Yeah, it won't let me make a new one either.

Any idea exactly what it is/when the info will be restored?
