Yes, i use localhost. DB name, username, pass are correct in files too as same.

From what I can see, the config is not well set:

NO!!! i was not suspended I go every weak on forums and my site was not backed up omg !!

my pasword had changed to a multi combination of letters and numbers even though it was a word, I thought this was just encoding from the server, but changing it to my original password worked. Never seen a server do that before!
