Database issues

I have been with X10 since july 09 and love the service, my site (html site) is up 98% of the time, I can not complain about that in the least bit, but my SQL databases are nearly down 75% of the time, and when they are up, they are so slow, this has been going on since day one. Is there any admin that when they may have some free time take a look and see if there is anything that needs to be fixed or let me know what I did wrong so I can fix it asap?

The speed of your forums is not entirely dependent on the speed of SQL, as PHP and the webserver are also involved. I was able to browse through your forum with relative ease, but I'll drop a line to an executive to check the MySQL server pool.
