Database Issues?

I've noticed that over the last couple of days I've been getting database errors on my WordPress blog hosted here a number of times. I think I'm on the Starka Server.

The error I'm getting is:

Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host's database server is down.

Is something up with the DB servers or something that I'm not aware of?

Due to abuse, the mysql server sometimes gets bogged down. This is usually resolved automatically within minutes.
