Database not deleting

When I try to delete my database from the 'MySQL databases' it doesn't delete.

Nope, no error. The database just won't delete.

Actually, I think it was successful in deleting the user accounts from the database, but the database itself didn't get deleted.

A couple of questions first, before I escalate this.

How was the database created? By you or by an installer (Fantastico, etc)?
Is it the only database there? If there are several, please give us the name you want killed.

I don't remember, but I think it was by me. The name of the database is _wptwo. (Whatever is before the underscore being my account name. I doubt it is a security issue to post, but just in case.)

On the main page, cPanel shows that I have 2/3 databases. But on the MySQL Databases page of the cPanel, it shows that I have three databases, and when I try to add another one, it comes up with an error saying that I have the maximum number of allowed databases.
