database password

Hi,
I've just create my X10hosting account; i can't find the user and password that i have to use for my mysql database.
I've created some new users for Mysql but it doesn't work.

Once you have created the database using cPanel --> MySQL Databases you create the user and password using cPanel --> MySQL Databases

You then have to add the user to the database using cPanel --> MySQL Databases . Make sure you check the box ALL PRIVILEGES when adding the user.

i can't create any users anymore with the cpanel in the mysql pannel control?
Is there something i can do ?
