Database problem

I have been getting a "problem establishing a database connection" error all day, but I have not created a new database or changed any settings in months. I was wondering if it could be related to the mySQL move? I also cannot log into cpanel (my browser gives me a security flag and won't let me move on.) Try the cpanel link from the account panel
Take the database backup first
Database host is localhost. Check this first in wp-config.php
Can you drop database user(do not delete) and re assign to database with all privileges
