database problem

Hi,
i've installed a wordpress in my account,but yesterday,when i want to see my blog a error accurs which says " Error establishing a database connection " .
but i have'nt changed any of wp-confing's options ! and havent changed database too.
this error had accured some times,but it solved automatically itself, but this time,its more than 12 hours that still this problem exists.
( sorry for bad english,i've learned it as foreign languague )

Don't post passwords on posts

Right now it is going to install.php

Install in the normal way

The database details, you can get in your cpanel

Gogot cpanel

navigate to mysql databases
create the database and database user

then link both of them will all privileges.

Use those details in the wordpress installation

database server: localhost
database name : your-cpanel-username_databasename
database user name : your-cpanel-username_databaseusername
