Hi,
Since I was last suspended for inactivity (sometime in june) my website hasn't worked properly - mysql is refusing access to the database because the php seems to be running on a different machine. I am hosted on boru, and i remember the error message before was:
'mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'XXXXX'@'int.boru.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES)'
I fixed this by using the 'remote database' icon in cPanel. Since the big upgrade however, I've got the problem AGAIN (I assume the backup you restored was just prior to me fixing the problem) however this time the message reads:
mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'XXXXX'@'10.33.248.75' (using password: YES)
I didn't have this problem with needing to add remote machines before I was suspended, can you help explain what might be the cause?
