We don't keep backups of users' databases, it's up to you to do this, which can be done from your cPanel.

We do have backups, but they are general backups, and only are used if the server is having an issue and some account's data is lost.
You've to keep your own backups, as we cant' restore personal backups.

What do you mean by:

they are using my site for testing! lol
