Database Serious Problem

About 6 hours ago my Database was gone. I mean it wasn't there anymore. so I've created a new one it showed me that Database creation was a success but when I've gone to create a user This new database wasn't there either. There was only a message saying something like this: There are no Databases associated with your account
Now i see that the first database is active again. What is wrong with them?

The most reliable way of checking on your database(s) is by using cPanel --> phpMyAdmin. The other methods in cPanel sometimes show erroneous results, especially if the MySQL server is acting up.
