Many a times, i keep on getting the following error :

Could not connect to the database server
Can anybody explain me why is it so? Or is it just because of the tremendous load on the server? After a few minutes this error disappears and the site works as if nothing happened!! I've already set the path for SQL server to mysql.x10hosting.com .
