Database Uploading

Hi I have My own Database created its on my comp its mysql database how do i upload this database and connect to my site plz help me

Go to cpanel create new database in database management..

and then go to phpmyadmin from cpanel. click on created database and then click import...
Target the database file and click import with all setting as it is....

U can also use sqldump.........
