Both cPanel and the Basic say I am using 2/4 databases, but when I go to create a MySQL database, it says I reached the max. I noticed the Basic said that PostgreSQL databases can be made through cPanel, and when I tried that, it said it was offline.

Hello,

PostgreSQL is not available on free accounts. It is only available on Illuminated and Premium Accounts.
Also you are allowed to create only 2 databases on free account. There might be some error with cPanel which is telling you 2/4

I clicked buy to look at pricing options, and it sent me to a login, and the login sent me to the cPanel. Bug?
