My databases have disappeared since the upgrade/restore, I have a back up from x amount of time ago - unfortunately by the time I heard about the updates, stoli had already started it update -.- no bother lol but if there is a backup some where it would be appreciated 
I also encounter an error when accessing the page that used the data base (404)
"Not Found
The requested URL /home/krofunk/public_html/blog/index.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
this isnt the error I would expect for a missing database - any light on the issue would be great!
