Databases are missing from last 24 hours.

I have two accounts on x10premium.com Both were registered a few weeks before. Now all my databases on both accounts are showing 0mb. Database names are visible through cpanel though. PHPMYADMIN looks to be broken too. I have customers who rely on our services and our site's are down for 24hours now. No one is responding to tickets that had been generated by us yesterday afternoon.

Account 1 is registered with - pnkj.btyl@gmail.com (artfulstudios.net)
Account 2 is registered with - rajk7879@gmail.com (dainiknavraj.com)

Second account is for my client and now he is asking for a refund of services from me. Please help if you can quickly as I will be loosing a lot if it doesnt work.

Thanks but no one has responded on the three tickets that I have added from past 1/2days. Finally I have lost a client, Lost about two accounts of hosting worth 150$. Lost my database files. Feels like I am hanging in the air with legs broken.
