databases hijacked

I believe my databases have been hijacked. I had two tables one was a message board the other was a galler listing. When I logged into my c-pannel and then to phpmyadmin I could not find my stuff. just some stuff I have no clue what it is. My message board and gallery still work, but i have no way to edit them, and I do not know what all to delete from the myphpadmin databases. Is there a back up I can access from say last month to restore my old database.
