Databases problems

I have a problem with mysql databases. A created a database and now it disappeared. When i try to create it again it says that the database is created but when i click "go back" buton there is no database...What is the problem ?

Server wide problem on Starka. It is being looked into.

INFO: To continue editing your site, without this error "error establishing database conection" dont open "MySQL Databases" and dont try to create one. I dont have any database listed there but my site works, and when i open MySQL Database my site stop working for few seconds but when i close it it works again.
