databases

hi, my website is: www.superdicas.x10.mx and ive joomla on it.
ive the server chopin and after yesterday its with an error:
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

i went to the cpanel to check my databases, and it didnt show any!!!
same for users!
i wanna now what happened, is it in the server? couze i cant create new users or databases...
