I know you're currently flooded by many tickets on hosting issues, this is just a small issue from my end that needs some attention.
Currently I'm experiencing DB issues on my hosting account. It is showing "The MySQL server is currently offline."

I'm really not that knowledgeable on DBs, but I think the MySQL server is down.
