DB tables erased

Several tables in my database have been deleted.
This may be due to their excessive size relative to my subscription. Prior warning would have been appreciated.
I don't have a backup or a schema of the table structure. I emailed support, but I haven't received a response yet.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Can you confirm the database name that requires this roll back? We will review what backups we may have and restore them as we can.
