someone is attacking my site using ddos, what can i do to stop it?.
i know he is doing it because he has messaged me tell me that he is doing it.

If your website is being DDoSed, the whole server would be going down. This means that the admins would have been aware (would have noticed). I suspect it was some script kiddie as you were emailed to say you where being attacked.
