DEADBEEF error, need to login for school final today

Hello,
My web was working last night but this morning it now says I am suspended. When I try to login to my account panel, the DEADBEEF error comes up, therefore I cannot unsuspend myself. The reason I am using x10hosting is for my business computers course in college. We had our final today which was to upload our marketing project onto our website. The only way to get credit is if it can be viewed from our web, and therefore I received no credit. Any help would be appreciated, I honestly only need it to work for this one time. Thanks

Websites appear to be working (they did stopped briefly, but returned), and the login to the CPanel is fine (use an address like https://yourserver.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ to login) ... is just the x10 that is having problems, but not sure if you can unsuspend your account from CPanel.
