I will be making an upgrade to an premium hosting account, for making a new website, that will be www.fndownload.com
im currently just uploading my files on the server, for refernce, such that once it's done, i'll buy premium hosting.

sir, plz un-do the suspension, such that i can back up my files, on the server, and then buy premium hosting and then make change, as i was not aware of the policies of X10

You were aware of the policies of x10, as you agreed to them when you signed up. You have earned yourself a permanent suspension for hosting a 2.7GB photo gallery. The maximum is 1GB. The suspension will not be removed.
