Default Web Site Page

When I go to http://carbonwatch.x10.mx/ I am always redirected to http://carbonwatch.x10.mx/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I can access other directories fine but it's just http://carbonwatch.x10.mx/ that redirects.

I do have an index.html.

Can anyone help? Thanks.
