I've ran into this problem before and I ended up needing someone to access the back end and fix the issue, I change my main domain and before anyone mentions it YES the nameservers are set fine, I'm using the same name servers as my old address and my old address had no issues. When I try to go to the web address I get the defaultwebpage.cgi, so if someone could look into and fix it, that would be nice. My web address is radicalgameforums.co.cc.
