Hi, I'm having serious issues with my x10 account. My hosting account went down some time ago during a very large move, and I never got the account back. My domain was, as far as I can remember, h2g2guy.x10.mx, but it appears to have not been taken at this point. I'd just like to delete my account and any related services and start over entirely from scratch. Thanks.

There are two problems with that.

First of all, that is my second request in 24 hours, and it won't let me register a new hosting account.

Secondly, the domain that I'm trying to register isn't working properly. I'm trying to register the same domain as I had before, h2g2guy.x10.mx. If I navigate to that URL, it gives me the 'does not exist' page, as expected. But when I tried to re-register it last night, I got an error saying it was already in use.

If that problem can be resolved using other means than deleting my account, I'm fine with that. But I'm also fine with just starting over from scratch: no forum account, no traces of a hosting account, nothing.
