Delete Account

I was shown that my wait time is 4000 minutes. This is almost 67 hours - and I think it is a joke.

I am looking for a professional host - and if I am satisfied i will but a VPS. However whith things like this in my first trial - gives me an impression that I am not in the correct place. Is there any way to delete my account and stuff ...??
