Delete Accounts

Can you please delete both of my accounts.
I made another and only then I realized that I was breaking the X10Hosting rules. Sorry at:.

Account 1:
CPanel username: pykrmail
Subdomain: pykermail.x10hosting.com

Account 2:
CPanel username: pyker
Subdomain: pyker.x10hosting.com

Once again I'm sorry I broke the rule but I won't go away! :hsnono: I will start again! :biggrin:

I will need the name of the 3rd account you wish to keep. So i can link your account. Otherwise you are going to have all kinds of problems.

Ok well here is why i am saying this. i will have to manually link your accounts. So when you have created this new account post back here with your new cpanel name.

When I login on x10hosting.com (not this forums) I can login and then it gives me this error:

An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.

What shall I do? Sorry about all this...

Interesting since i terminated both accounts. The only thing i think would cause that would be the server having not updated.

What i am going to do is terminate that account. Use the identical account details you have provided an re-create the account. I will then pm you a password. At which time you can then change it via the cpanel.

Now if I access the site ( http://pyker.x10hosting.com ) it says "Domain Available"... :wtf:
