Delete all File manager by mistake

I was deleting a website that had been uploaded incorrectly and without looking I deleted the entire file manager directory. can it be recovered? can you restore everything or put the host in factory state? What I can do

Did you already get help with this? It looks like your account have all the relevant files including two sites.
