delete dns

I got this error in my email.
Whm error: sorry, a dns entry for tigerstkd.x10hosting.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster) (code create_1)

I can log in but then it asks me to link my account but when i type in tigertkd it says that it doesn't exist.

Can you delete the dns entry or something?
