Delete email accounts

Hi,
Originally my domain name was bbazaar.x10.mx and I had two email accounts created under this domain name ihab@bookbazaar.x10.mx and bb01_admin@bookbazaar.x10.mx. I requested to change the domain name to cits.x10.mx and the domain name get changed.
Now I’m trying to delete the old email accounts but I receive an error message that the accounts do not exist.
Can you please help deleting those accounts to be able to create new accounts?

Hello Ahmed!

You can try this:

Add the old domain - bbazaar.x10 mx as a parked domain.
Then delete the email accounts.
And, finally delete the old domain - bbazaar x10 mx.

Thanks for your suggestion.

Adding the old domain as parked domain field with the following error message
Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1].
Error: Error from park wrapper: bbazaar.x10.mx is already configured.
However the old domain is not listed in the parked domain list.
