What I shoul do to delete all my scripts and files? I want to begin again with nothing on my databases or disk.

If you had installed wordpress through fantastico or softaculous, then please first go back there to uninstall. After that, go to your file manager, go to public_html, and then delete everything inside public_html directory. Also in cPanel, you can go to MySql and phpmyadmin and make sure everything is gone.
