(X) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

You're still showing a pending account. And the cPanel username is that one that you chose and filled out yourself when you signed up for an account. When your account is finally created, you can re-request the deletion with a verified cPanel username needed in the request form. Otherwise, you can just abandon your accounts here altogether, so when the account is created, then it will be inactive for 31 days, enter into a suspension for a 14 days or more period, and then delete itself.
