I apologize; deadbattery didn't realize you're the same guy he informed was phishing and permanently suspended.

Because of that, we don't expedite your account termination. It'll get terminated in due time but we don't do special requests once you've broken the TOS that badly.

You uploaded a phishing site in violation of US Law and in violation of the x10hosting TOS and Acceptable Use Policy, hence you were suspended.

Your account will eventually be erased, but we don't expedite the erasing process once you've violated the TOS.
