(X ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

To add a bit more onto that, it's because you're already permanently suspended. We can't expedite erasure of a Zero Tolerance suspended account.

then i want to take my domain name to another server, can you please delete my files from your server,? its getting hard. thanks.

is still on your server even after changing the ns1 and ns2.

That's due to DNS propagation, which depending on DNS provider can take up to 72 hr to complete. It is also not something we can expedite, since it's not actually -us- providing the DNS. That's usually your ISP.

NO-NO-NO! My files are still on your server! ive done this changing alot of times. . i wanna move to Globat. Like right NOW!! I have already changed every thing on the domain account.

Iam waiting for you to delete. "www.cloudromance.com" folder. PLEASE JUST DELETE IT!
I could do it myself but i cant get into control panle. Just delete the folder please. I know its still there on your server somewhere. Its really getting frustrating.

So if you want to help me. delete.thanks.

Again, access was revoked to your account in full. The account itself will be erased after a minimum of 14 days; the account has been completely locked and we -cant- do anything at this point.

I can understand being frustrated, but what you're not getting is your DNS provider is the problem, NOT US. That is proved by the fact that OpenDNS already has the new DNS records and is currently redirecting all OpenDNS users to your new hosting provider.


I'm closing this ticket since the issue is resolved. If you're having problems with your DNS not updating quick enough, contact your ISP since we can't force them to refresh their information faster.
