Without wishing to change my domain to a pay and after returning to the domain before I said that no longer exists

After the account is queued for deletion, you will have a 14 day waiting period before the account is actually deleted by the server. You will have to wait until after these 14 days before you can create a new account. The waiting period does not begin until you properly fill out the form given by Skizzerz and a staff member queues your account for deletion.
