Delete my account

Hello, I have lost access to the account in which I added my elevenagency.es domain and when creating a new one, I cannot add it because it is linked to the previous one. I've waited a couple of months in case it was deleted automatically but I still can't add it to the new account. Could you correct my error so that I can continue using your services from the newly created account? Thank you very much in advance.
