Delete my x10hosting account

I would like to delete my x10hosting account to be able to restart with a "clean" account.
But I can't find on "control Panel" the way to delete this account.

I have requested that my account be deleted so that I can re-create another. But I received no response ...
If it is not possible to delete the account, please delete the domain names that are no longer valid.
Because I can't keep trying to create a site with the current domain names that are no longer valid.
I have not found any way to remove them from the Control Panel.

The service has been added to termination queue and should be fully deleted in a few minutes, please note that the panel account will remain so you can login to that and create the new service (DirectAdmin account)
