My website has been deleted somehow, all the folders but the main directory folder have been deleted. (The main folder of it ALL, not the main web folder, and all of its former contents are gone.) I put up a support ticket weeks ago when it started, but it was never answered. I have not broken the terms of service, nor is my account suspended. Whenever I try to upload something, permission is denied. Please help!
