When I launched my site, I deleted everything and went off that, Now I need a .htaccess for my forum, (londonrp.ga) to allow me to post threads. If I try to it comes up with

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forums/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can anyone send me the default .htaccess

That error usually means that you're trying to submit something that's tripping a mod_security rule. It's not a .htaccess problem. If you wouldn't mind, can you add what it is you were trying to post here so that staff can modify the rule(s) you were tripping?

I was just inserting normal threads, and it says it's forbidden? I am currently running Invision Powerboard 3.4.8 by the way

I genuinely hope you have a licensed version of that.

it's the content of what you were posting that makes a difference: there's a limit to the number of links you can post, and things that look like "a lot of code" for a forum post are generally good indications of spammage, and the rules are set to err on the side of safety.

It is .htaccess by the way, I spoke to IPBoard support, and I was redirected to my host.

No, it isn't. There is no "default .htaccess". If you haven't created or installed one, it doesn't exist.

and what are you going to put in your [ .htaccess ] file that will override [ mod_security ] rules ?

x10hosting's free-hosting users can not use a [ .htaccess ] file to disable all or part of [ mod_security ]

only Admins can adjust [ mod_security ] rules for x10hosting's free-hosting accounts

Essellar said it best: "I genuinely hope you have a licensed version of that."

@dandltru: If you feel the current suspension is in error, please use the suspension dispute form on the account panel. You will want to provide an explanation as to why you have a known warez release on your account however, as it's very clearly not a legitimately licensed IPB install.
