deleted my files

ok frst of all i deleted my files and added my own. now i learned u need the old files , and then to just upload into the public_html folder .. how do i get the files back i tried the restore but the my login detail are right but it saying the are not help please

What files did you delete that your are referring to? Where are you getting the login details incorrect error?

When you tried restoring your data, did you log in to cPanel and click on the R1Soft icon?
