Deleting all of your account/website

I have a few questions.
One; If you delete your existing x10 account (everything on it; forum, website, and cPanel) are you allowed to sign up for another account and use the same information you originally had, without getting suspended or banned?
Two; How do you delete your existing account?

I currently have no access to cPanel, or my account in general. Just the forums, to let you know.

My cPanel name is: pika23
My subdomain (although it doesn't work right now): http://pikachuscorner.x10hosting.com/pika23/HTMLforHome.php
My package: ad-free??

You'll need to submit a ticket. I believe your account will become available again, I'm not sure how quickly. An admin may be able to push it through faster.

You can probably have them resolve whatever issue you're facing that will make you want to delete your account
