Deleting My Files

I have a few folders and files which can't be deleted. They are listed below:
/public_html/drupal/ and all the files in the folder
and
/public_html/eXtplorer_2.1.0RC2/
Please delete them for me as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

What's the error when you try to delete them? Have you tried using the cPanel file manager to delete them?
