Deleting parked host domain error

Hello, I am trying to change my parked domain within my x10hosting account from thecanadiansandbox.co.cc to thecanadiansandbox.tk. While in the cPanel X session I went to Parked Domains, then clicked on Remove under the actions for the domain thecanadiansandbox.co.cc and I get the following error:

Error from hooks wrapper: Domain action was not successfully completed [1]. Error: Error from park wrapper: Unable to find out which user owns the parked domain thecanadiansandbox.co.cc.

Please help!
