deleting SQL databases or domains?subdomains ect

deleting SQL databases/domains/subdomains ect

I went to file manager and deleted the folder there, then went to MySQL Databses/addon domains/subdomains (this for sql databases) i went to the scripts library clicked the one i had, went to the bottom and chose remove....it all should be gone now right? well guess what.... the disk usage still tells me i have it......

i did trash em but the memory still shows that im using it....
