Deletion of CGI bin by Front Page

I used Front Page to upload my webpages.
I had a CGI bin before, but now its not there!
Is it by using FrontPage?

I suspect that frontPage could be the cause. There are multiple problems that this program causes to many hosts.

Just create a folder named cgi-bin in public_html (or the document root of a subdomain/add-on domain).

Permissions should be set to 0755.

Since you installed cosmicgraphics.co.cc as an add-on rather than parking it, you really should place an index.html page in public_html with a link or redirect to the co.cc site.
