Denied to enter in Cpanel

Hello my name is Jose and i'am user of your host. I open my account today..., but when i go to the cpanel said:

La conexión ha caducado

El servidor stoli.x10hosting.com está tardando demasiado en responder.


The network has been finished

The server stoli.x10hosting.com is too busy


Sorry for my english... I'm spanish user and dont speak english very well..

Have you Spanish support or are you understand spanish??

Tal y como comentaba en el mensaje el problema es que no puedo entrar al cpanel. y por tanto no puedo hacer nada :S.


He probado a cambiarle el puerto tal y como lei en algun mensaje
