Desactivate 2 steps authentication

I have activated 2 steps authentication and my mobile code is not working, can you reset it please to activate it again?

the forums are based on users helping users.
staff does not monitor the free forums but do check requests from time to time.
so generally it takes time before staff will reply in the forums.
but they will check posts.

I read it but I also asked this on Discord three weeks ago (with no admin answer) and as this sections rules says that I can push again the post if there is no reply in 24h that is what I did. I will stay blocked meanwhile.
